Kerio offers three partner program levels distinguished by their benefits and requirements.

Kerio Authorised: Requirements

  • Reseller Agreement signed and received
  • 15% Reseller Margin
  • Kerio support invoiced at hourly rate

Kerio Certified: Requirements

  • Reseller Agreement signed and received
  • Registered on samepage partner portal
  • 20% Reseller Margin
  • Kerio Certification: 1 Certified Sales individuals and 1 Certified Technicians
  • Sales target of R100 000 sales p/annum excluding VAT calculated from date of receipt of signed reseller agreement
  • Must attend 2 Webinar/ training session p/annum
  • Kerio Products must appear on website
  • Kerio remote support invoiced at 1Ž2 of hourly support rate: maximum of 2 hours p/month, from 3rd hour to be billed at normal support rate.

Kerio Elite: Requirements

  • Reseller Agreement signed and received
  • Registered on samepage partner portal
  • 25% Reseller Margin
  • Kerio Certification: 2 Certified Sales individuals and 2 Certified Technicians
  • Sales target of R200 000 sales p/annum excluding VAT calculated from date of receipt of signed reseller agreement
  • Kerio Products must appear on website
  • Must attend 4 Webinars/ training sessions p/annum
  • Free Kerio remote support: – to a maximum of 3 hours per month, over usage billable at normal rate.

Can a Partner level be increased prior to the 12-month period?

No, the partner level is set for a 12-month period and cannot be increased or decreased before expiry of the 12-month period.

Do I need to be a registred IT company to become a reseller of the software?

Yes, you need to be a provider of IT services.
